Moisture analyzers

Moisture balances are a fast and accurate measuring method for determining the moisture content or dry matter content in products and materials. By means of heating during a drying program the moisture is evaporated and finally the difference in weight is measured, resulting in the moisture content of the product. compared to the classic measuring method (weigh product – in drying oven – weigh again afterwards), a moisture balance is less sensitive to errors due to the few handlings, more accurate and much faster. Shimadzu has one model available: the MOC63u equipped with halogen lamps and engineered with the UniBloc cell.
